Meet Our Team
Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in medical device manufacturing, engineering, operations, and business development. Each member plays a vital role in guiding our vision, upholding our values, and steering Domico Med-Device toward a future of growth and impact.

Mike Czop, CEO
As the owner of Domico Med-Device, Mike is responsible for guiding the company to achieve its vision for innovation and customer value realization. Prior to Domico Med-Device, Mike had the privilege of serving as Chief Commercial Officer – OEM for TIDI Products and President of CFI Medical Solutions. Mike is a graduate of Central Michigan University and brings nearly 30 years of medical industry experience that spans commercial, operations, and quality roles.

Karin Alcorn, Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer, Karin is responsible for leading the Operation, including manufacturing, quality, and engineering disciplines, in deployment of best practices, efficient execution and compliance. Karin has over 25 years of experience in supply chain and operations management in electromechanical contract manufacturing of medical devices and components, in addition to consumer, telecommunications, and industrial products. Karin has extensive experience managing FDA-registered operations. Her formal education includes an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from Wayne State University and Bachelors in Marketing and Logistics from Central Michigan University.

Mark Muehlenbeck, Chief Financial Officer
Mark serves as our Chief Financial Officer, playing a crucial role in financial planning, supply chain management, and project management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. In addition to his degrees, Mark has obtained certifications including Balanced Scorecard Certification from The Performance Management Group LLC and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from AICPA.

Nicholas Sievers, Director of Quality
Nicholas is at the helm of all quality and regulatory activities, driving initiatives in continuous improvement, quality assurance and control, quality engineering, and regulatory compliance. With a degree from Michigan State University and over 17 years of experience in the medical device industry, Nicholas has also spent more than a decade leading an international team in the design, processing, and sterilization of disposable sterile products and packaging.

Jason Spohn, Director of Operations
Jason oversees customer service, procurement, scheduling, production, logistics, and maintenance. With extensive experience in the medical device field spanning over 14 years, Jason has excelled in various roles such as engineering detailer, design engineer, manufacturing engineer, and engineering manager. He holds degrees from both Baker College and Western Governor’s University.

Peter Hamp, Director of Sales & Marketing
Peter is in charge of spearheading the commercial initiatives aimed at expanding our business. He has more than 25 years of sales expertise spanning various sectors such as automotive, financial services, and hospitality. He holds a degree from Central Michigan University and has been an integral part of our sales and marketing team for the past 7 years.

Terry Byers, Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Terry oversees manufacturing engineering with a focus on sustaining existing product lines as well as support the development efforts associated with next generation product manufacturing lines. With over 32 years of experience in the medical device industry, Terry extensive knowledge enhances our manufacturing processes to promote continuous improvement and expand our capabilities.
